This thriving fun club is based at The Cotswold School, Bourton-on-the-Water, and currently has two senior men's teams, three ladies teams and two mixed teams that play at all levels.  The club, which has an emphasis on enjoyment as well as playing competitive hockey, also has a flourishing junior side. The club was established in 1986 and plays and trains at Deer Park Secondary School in Cirencester. It is now one the largest hockey clubs in South Gloucestershire, fielding a total of seven adult league teams in addition to Vets and mixed teams, along with more than 250 junior players. There are currently four men's teams and three women's teams, to cater for all levels. Stroud Hockey Club caters for all ages and playing standards, but above all, it has a sociable and friendly atmosphere and it's a great place to meet people and make new friends. The club runs three men's teams; two ladies teams; a Badgers (boys) team; a Vixens (girls) team; a mixed team; three indoor teams and a thriving junior hockey section.
