Chadlington Bowls Club is a small friendly club located in the heart of the Cotswold village of Chadlington, close to the historic market town of Chipping Norton. There's nothing better than being out in the sun enjoying a game of bowls. You can try us out free of charge up to six times before becoming a member and we will lend you everything you need. All we ask is you wear flat shoes. We meet on Tuesday evenings at 6pm for a practice and play friendly games against other clubs at weekends. Chipping Norton has a very successful indoor and outdoor bowls club. Located on the A361 Burford Road, the outdoor club was set up over 36 years ago and the indoor club has just celebrated its first 25 years of existence.   Members both male and female range in age from teenagers to members in their 80s (with some having been with the club since its formation) and others just starting.   Being one of the few indoor rinks in the area, members of the indoor section are drawn from outdoor…

We are one of the larger clubs in Gloucestershire with a current playing membership of 65 men, 36 ladies and two juniors, together with a further 46 social members. The club was founded in 1930 and the clubhouse and green have been progressively improved over the years. There is an extensive programme of men’s, ladies and mixed friendly matches against other clubs, as well as many club competitions. Bowling takes place throughout the week, with regular competitive bowling on weekdays (am and pm) with most friendly matches on weekend afternoons. Outdoor bowling takes place from April to September with men’s and ladies competitions and mixed friendly matches. Indoor bowls runs from October to March with men’s and ladies competitions, a mixed internal league (afternoons and evenings) and friendly matches. We are an outdoor lawn bowls club based in Redesdale Place, Moreton-in-Marsh, and have approximately 100 playing and social members. We play friendly matches Ladies, Gents and Mixed matches against other clubs in our area at weekends and during the week.  We also have an outdoor Wednesday afternoon internal league in addition to playing in the North Cotswold League.
